Director, Michelle Spirit, FCIPD, has worked for over a decade as an innovative consultant in the specialist area of workforce development and training.

Michelle's flexible and energetic approach is based on a sound foundation of both theoretical and practical knowledge. Her impressive experience in planning, marketing, research and evaluation enables her to apply a solution-focused, consultative and tailored approach to each and every project she works on.

Michelle holds a Post Graduate qualification in Careers Guidance, Personnel Management and Training and Development. She is also a qualified psychiatric nurse, psychotherapist and psychometric test administrator and interpreter (Level A and Level B).

Isabel Ashdown is a creative copywriter with over 20 years experience in corporate business. Formerly Head of Product for the European arm of The Body Shop International, Isabel has a keen grasp on the communication and marketing needs of businesses. This, combined with her highly creative approach to the written word, enables Isabel to produce copy which is not only appropriate and direct, but also attractive and compelling to the target audience.

Isabel's recent degree in English and Creative Writing earned her the Hugo Donnelly Prize for Outstanding Academic Achievement, and she has gone on to win a number of awards for her creative writing, including The Mail on Sunday Novel Competition 2008, judged by Sir John Mortimer and Fay Weldon.

Rebecca Ashdown Petrie is a Designer, Illustrator and 2D Motion Graphics artist, who has worked extensively in the areas of print, web, TV and DVD.

Rebecca's creative and versatile approach is fundamental to her continued success, which is built on a platform of strong communication and comprehensive research. With over 10 years of experience in her field, Becky has found that simplicity can often be the best solution.

Her freelance career as an Illustrator began with a series of commissions for the BBC during her MA at St Martin's College. After two years as a web designer she worked as editorial Designer and Illustrator for Vivid Magazine. As Head of a Media department she partnered with on-screen lifestyle channel (i-vu), directing and producing the majority of their accounts. These programmes are broadcast throughout Toni & Guy, Selfridges, Harrods and some of the UK's top salons. Most recently, Becky has undertaken a branding project for TV chef Arthur Potts-Dawson at Acorn House, and has begun work on her first children's book for publication.

Jo Fallowfield (PhD, MSc, BSc, BASES Accreditation, PGCE Post Compulsory Education) has over 20 years experience of undertaking scientific and evaluative research to the Government, industry, education and sport.

She sits on a number of advisory bodies, informing on policy and practice to inform the undertaking of research, as well as optimising the application and dissemination of research output. She is a Visiting Research Fellow to the University of Chichester, and provides consultative support to the Advertising Standards Agency and the Committee for Advertising Practices.

Jo understands that the value of research and evaluative activity is largely dependent upon its subsequent utility - and to be useful this output must be understood and appreciated by all involved in an organisation or an endeavour.

Kathy Munnoch (PhD, MSc, BSc, C.Psychol) is a Chartered Health Psychologist with over ten years experience of conducting scientific research projects for the government, Qinetiq, the National Foundation for Educational Research, and in collaboration with higher education. Her portfolio of research ranges from large-scale evaluation projects to small, specific, bespoke tasks. Her area of expertise is in the evaluation of initiatives; from health promotion campaigns to the development, implementation and appraisal of recruitment and selection activities.

The unique merit in Kathy's approach to research lies in the application of complex statistical procedures on large databases of carefully collected information. Her attention to detail coupled with statistical and methodological knowledge ensures only meaningful conclusions are drawn, giving the customer confidence in the outcome.

Kathy holds the respected British Psychological Society Level A qualification in Psychometric Testing and Level B qualification in Personality Profiling.

Chris Bell has extensive practical and theoretical knowledge across organisational development, education and training and has worked for several Government Departments, national sector skills councils, the Learning and Skills Council (national and regional), universities, further education colleges, care sector organisations and several private sector companies.

Chris originally trained as a physicist, working in research and teaching. After gaining a Masters degree in Educational Technology, he worked for Shell developing and evaluating distance learning materials. Subsequently he spent 18 years in higher education, where, in the last 6 years, he led the University of Plymouth's Centre for Innovation and External Developments.

He has particular expertise in strategic project planning and development, developing and facilitating consortia, partnerships, networks and teams, and organisational and human resource development.

Marianne Davis has widespread experience in the health and social care sector. As an experienced carer, teacher and NVQ assessor and verifier, she has managed a series of highly successful training and NVQ centres for a range of organisations which continue to flourish. Facilitating joint arrangements for the delivery of care qualifications across local authorities further proves Marianne's ability to work in multi-agency settings to achieve the desired results in what can be complex and complicated environments. A Chartered Member of the CIPD, recently Marianne has achieved Certificate in Life Coaching with the National Coaching Academy.
