"Spirit Research & Evaluation were commissioned to undertake a review of staff attitudes towards e-learning to support the development of our e-learning strategy. The review included staff at all levels, from consultants to estate workers.

The aims of the review were to identify our organisations readiness for e-learning, to map staff ICT skills, examine access issues and identify opportunities for e-learning. The report we were presented with provided us with practical recommendations which we were easily able to make use of in developing a meaningful and effective e-learning strategy.
